Come and stay in old fashioned peace and comfort on our alpaca farm just 6 km from Cooma on the way to the snow fields, with panoramic views of the mountains and extensive gardens.

The three bedroom cottage is self-contained with sitting room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen overlooking a walled garden. We can supply a breakfast basket for you if you wish. You'll meet our gentle alpacas and maybe learn to spin their fleece, swim in the pool, enjoy a barbecue or explore the gardens.

The 18 hole golf course is next door and our neighbours include a bio-organic winery and a riding school.

Our flying school can take you for a scenic flight over the snowfields or down to the coast.

No smokers please. Pets can stay at the Drovers' Rest, just 4km further down Dry Plains Road".

Local attractions:
Wattle Glen Vineyard, the home of Paradox organic wines, is just down Dry Plains Road and tours can be arranged.

The Drovers Rest luxury fully heated kennel and cattery is 4 km down Dry Plains Road. Hydrobath and grooming, reasonable rates, ten large exercise yards, free snacks and playtime. Loving attention for your cherished pet.

Polo Flat Airfield, the home of flying operations for the Snowy Scheme and now a light aircraft aerodrome, just east of town, offers Avgas and Mogas, aircraft hangarage and accommodation for pilots.

Scenic flights over the snow fields are unforgettable and can be a highlight of your visit or you could learn to fly with Snowy Aviation Academy in our new state-of-the-art Allegro aircraft.

Cooma Golf Club
Cooma Golf Club has an 18 hole par 72 golf course just under 6000 meters in length for the men and 5400 meters par 73 for the ladies. The ACR is 71 and WGNSW rating is 74.  The Course record for the men now stands at 70 and was set in the 2005 Cooma Open by Josh Rainsford.

The course is set in lightly treed well grassed rolling fairways that are irrigated from the Murrumbidgee River. The Bent greens are smooth and reasonably fast that run very true.
