With lovely hot tub cottages in a superb location, Gladwins Farm is an ideal base for exploring Constable Country and East Anglia's heritage villages. Our grounds connect to the footpath network and every cottage has a mounted Ordnance Survey map of the area. You are spoilt for choice of excellent restaurants in the area, ranging from homely country pubs to high quality restaurant cuisine and delicious speciality seafood bistros. All the cottages have Freeview tv and access to our WiFi network.

Chelsworth - Sleeps 8
Our largest holiday cottage in its own fenced garden and with en-suite bedrooms, which are complete with colour TVs, Chelsworth is designed for up to eight people. Ideal for larger family groups or for joining up with friends

Wiston Holiday Cottage- Sleeps 6
Our newest purpose-built self catering holiday cottage with all en-suite bedrooms, NAS Mobility Level 2 and 5* rating and private hot tub. All the bedrooms have colour TVs.

Constable Holiday Cottage - Sleeps 6
An original holiday cottage converted from the stable block and with an ingenious design to make the most of the available space, this cottage is ideal for a family group

Gainsborough Holiday Cottage - Sleeps 4
The other half of the stable block conversion, this cottage is all on one level, excellent for small children, as it has no stair

Lavenham Holiday Cottage - Sleeps 4

Our 'romantic' cottage at one end of the medieval barn, a wealth of beams and oak studs takes you back to the days of yore! Four-poster bed on the open gallery gives you that 'royal' feeling.  Private secluded hot tub

Bed and Breakfast
Luxury Bed and Breakfast in a Suffolk Farmhouse may be the answer for a weekend away or an overnight stay.  Our quiet position and lovely views allow you to relax and enjoy our personal hospitality. Quality assessed at 4 Stars by VisitBritain, all the bedrooms are comfortably furnished. The residents' lounge area has its own colour TV, books, papers and magazines. B&B guests are welcome to use all our facilities. We are proud to use fresh produce from local farms and the village butcher, plus our own home-made preserves. Breakfast can be served on the terrace in the summer on fine mornings and we can accommodate special diets if required. Sorry, no smoking and no pets in the house.

You can really spoil yourself when you stay with us! Not only do we have our own Masseuse and Treatment Room, offering proper Sports Massage, but also a visiting Beautician, offering the full range of treatments from facials to waxing and manicures. These treatments can be taken in the comfort of your cottage or in the Treatment Room. Massages cost about £25.00 and Beauty Treatments from £7.50 to £30.00.

The Treatment Room is in the Pool Hall, so you can have a real session - take in a good workout in the pool a relaxing sauna and then a massage! Spoil it all by tasting the frozen meals and local ice cream afterwards!

The Gainsborough
The Gainsborough Course measures 7,000 yards with a Par of 72. The beautifully undulating terrain and four substantial lakes provide golfers of all abilities with a challenging test of their skills. The 10th requires a drive and second shot over the same lake, when played from the medal tees, and has been voted one of the most outstanding holes in East Anglia by the PGA.
The Constable
The Constable course is equally picturesque, set amongst wooded fairways and several natural water hazards in glorious peaceful countryside. It measures 6,544 yards with a Par of 72, and, as with the Gainsborough, the final hole presents a formidable drive over one of the large lakes, to a plateau green with the clubhouse beckoning beyond.

Newton Green Golf Club
Situated on the A134 three miles east of the historic market town of Sudbury, the club’s 18-hole course offers a unique experience of heath and parkland golf.
Patience and tidy golf is rewarded on the original part of the course, while golfers can open their shoulders more on the new section, which has two par fives, including one of over 550 yards. Par for the course is 69.
