Selborne was created in 1985 when Denis Barker was inspired to turn his dairy stud farm into the first Golf Estate in South Africa.  His intent was clear – preserve the rich flora and fauna surrounding the manor house.  Woven around the natural rock and contours and verdant indigenous coastal forest – home to duiker, mongoose, bushbuck and over 160 bird species – Selborne offers unequalled natural beauty and tranquility.

Come and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in our three bedroom, 2 bathroom (main en-suite), which can sleep up to 6 + 2 people. The apartment boasts a lovely open plan kitchen ideal for self catering, and is complete with all modern conveniences. The apartment also contains a lock up garage, patio, dining room and spacious lounge.

Each apartment has it's own 4-seater golf cart, plus has four golf cards allowing residents to enjoy members rates on the top rated Selborne Golf Course.

The apartments are equiped with DSTV, video and DVD home theatre system. A private patio with jetmaster braai will allow you to enjoy the beautiful South Coast evenings.

All the bedrooms are airconditioned just to make sleeping in summer a lot more comfortable.

This beautifully manicured and maintained 18-hole, par 72 golf course provides a challenge for the more proficient golfer whilst also offering the social player an enjoyable round. With its natural forests and trails, Selborne is rated as one of South Africa's most scenic courses. There are water features on the 15 and 18 holes. There is a resident golf professional available for those who need to brush up on some of their skills

Umdoni Park Golf Course
One of the hidden treasures of the Golf coast. This 18-hole course situated on 200 hectares of indigenous coastal forest is renowned for it's fauna and flora and magnificent vistas. A true pleasure to play. Umdoni is another typically short but testingly old-fashioned South Coast course where the wind plays a major roll in your game. A strong North Easterly can make this course a challenge to any golfer. Very hilly, and the holes take you through some beautiful indigenous bush. Splendid views over the Indian Ocean abound.

Scottburgh Golf Course
This undulating golf course has a most attractive setting with the sight and sounds of the Indian Ocean always in the background. Comparatively short at 5323m it boasts two par 5's and five spectacular par 3 holes, with the par 4 third hole being the most talked about hole on the course. It has the narrowest of fairways with out of bounds on the right and a coastal forest on the left to contend with. Many a good round of golf has been destroyed on this "white knuckle hole".
